Horizon Business Solutions was established in May 2008 by Brad Whaley of Smithfield, NC. Brad is a former solutions consultant of UPS Professional Services. With over 20 years of experience in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology, Brad has designed solutions and processes for many of the fastest growing companies in Eastern and Central North Carolina. His knowledge and experience cover numerous industries including Financial, Pharmaceutical, Distribution, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Marketing. |
